Design and build is advantageous in terms of time as it allows the overlap of design and construction reducing the overall project delivery time.
Fluxcon Infrateck Pvt. Ltd provides a single point of responsibility for the client to deal with once the contract is awarded can also make things simpler. The client is also able to engage with us and our design team or supply chain earlier in the design process to try and achieve a more practical or buildable solution if necessary
In terms of cost, it allows the client a certain amount of control as we agree to take on responsibility for the design and construction for a pre-agreed price. This means that the we takes on much of the financial risk (which may be reflected in the price).
Fluxcon Infrateck Pvt. Ltd under some design and build contracts, the design team will be novated to us, which benefits quality. This is beneficial to the client as it maintains continuity between pre-tender and post-tender design whilst leaving sole responsibility for designing and building the project with us
